Delivery times and packaging
Typical transit time to Ireland is 5–9 working days after the order is confirmed and paid. Every doll travels in a neutral outer box with no brand, product or content markings, and you receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.
Payment options
You can pay by SEPA bank transfer, cryptocurrency, or use our instalment plan: 25% up front and four payments every two weeks. Card payments are temporarily unavailable. All prices are shown in euros and your invoice carries our full Italian company details.
Privacy and discretion
Your data is handled under the GDPR as it applies in Ireland. The sender name on the parcel, the invoice and the bank reference stay neutral, and nothing on the shipping label describes the contents.
