Payment Options

1. Accepted payment methods

At checkout we confirm availability and then send a secure payment link. You can pay by:

• Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.
• SEPA bank transfer — for private customers and companies inside the euro area.
• Instalments — 25% today, then 4 payments every two weeks (2 months in total), 0% interest, subject to a short application.
• Cryptocurrency — BTC, ETH or USDT, with a 3% reduction on the order total.

2. Card payments

Card payments are handled by our payment provider on its own secure page. You are redirected to your bank for Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure), and the amount is captured once the order is confirmed. We never see or store your full card number.

3. SEPA bank transfer

We send an invoice with our IBAN and a payment reference. Production starts once the funds are credited to our account, normally 1–2 working days after you send the transfer. Please always quote the payment reference, otherwise we cannot match your payment to your order.

4. Instalments

Our instalment plan works as follows: you pay a down payment of 25% of the order total today, and the remaining balance in 4 equal payments, one every 14 days — 2 months in total, with 0% interest and no fees.

To use it, complete the short instalment application at checkout: personal and residence details, income information and a clear photo or scan of a valid identity document (passport, national ID card or driving licence). We review the application and confirm it before the order is produced.

After approval you receive the full payment schedule with every due date and amount, and you can see it at any time in your account under your order. A payment link is sent by email 3 days before each due date; production and dispatch follow the normal timeline once the down payment is received.

The complete terms — including late payment, early repayment and withdrawal rights — are set out in the Instalment Sale Agreement, which you accept when submitting the application.

5. Cryptocurrency

We accept BTC, ETH and USDT. The euro amount is converted at the rate quoted in your payment link and the quote is valid for 30 minutes. Crypto orders receive a 3% reduction on the order total. Refunds for crypto payments are issued in euro by bank transfer.

6. Currency, VAT and invoicing

All prices are displayed in euro and include Italian VAT for consumers in the European Union. Business customers with a valid EU VAT number can request a reverse-charge invoice before payment. Orders shipped outside the EU travel with duties prepaid, so nothing is collected on arrival.

7. Payment security

Our website runs on HTTPS with TLS encryption, and all payment data is transmitted directly to PCI-DSS compliant providers. We do not store card numbers, CVV codes or banking credentials on our servers. We never ask for payment details by email, in chat or by phone.

8. Discreet billing

Your bank statement and invoice show only our company name, S.i.n. Firenze Di Andrea D'Ambrosa, never a product description. The sender name on the parcel is neutral for the same reason.

9. Payment status and problems

You can follow the payment status of every order in your account, from awaiting payment to paid. If a payment is declined, the payment link remains valid for 7 days and you can retry with another method. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 7 days without any charge.
