Instalment Sale Agreement

1. Parties

This Instalment Sale Agreement (the "Agreement", version 2026-01) is entered into between the Seller and the Buyer identified in the instalment application submitted at checkout.

• Buyer: the natural person aged 18 or over whose personal data, address and identity document are provided in the instalment application form and confirmed at checkout.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Seller sells and the Buyer purchases the goods listed in the related order confirmation, with payment of the purchase price deferred in instalments as set out in Section 3. The price of the goods is the price shown at checkout; no interest, financing charge or arrangement fee is applied (0% APR).

3. Price, down payment and payment schedule

The Buyer pays a down payment equal to 25% of the order total at the time of the order. The remaining balance is paid in 4 equal instalments, each falling due every 14 days from the order date, so that the full price is paid within 2 months.

The exact amounts and due dates are calculated at checkout, shown to the Buyer before acceptance, attached to the order and available at any time in the Buyer's account. Rounding differences, if any, are applied to the final instalment.

• Interest rate: 0% — the total payable equals the order total.
• A payment reminder with a secure payment link is sent by email 3 days before each due date.

4. Eligibility and identity verification

Instalment payment is available to natural persons aged 18 or over who provide complete and accurate personal data and a legible copy of a valid government-issued identity document (passport, national ID card or driving licence).

The Seller performs an internal eligibility and identity check before confirming the plan. The Seller may decline an application, or request additional information, at its discretion. If an application is declined, any down payment already collected is refunded in full within 14 days, or the order may be converted to a standard single payment at the Buyer's choice.

5. Processing of the identity document

The uploaded identity document is stored in encrypted, non-public storage and is accessible only to authorised personnel of the Seller for the purposes of identity verification and fraud prevention. It is retained for the duration of the Agreement and for the statutory retention period thereafter, then deleted.

The processing is carried out under Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR. Full details of the Buyer's rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

6. Delivery and retention of title

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the goods are dispatched after the down payment has been received and the identity check has been completed. Title to the goods passes to the Buyer only once the entire price has been paid; risk of loss or damage passes on delivery.

7. Late payment

If an instalment is not paid by its due date, the Seller sends a written reminder granting an additional 7 days. If payment is still not received, statutory default interest may be applied and the Seller may declare the entire outstanding balance immediately due, in accordance with Article 1525 of the Italian Civil Code (failure to pay a single instalment not exceeding one eighth of the price does not give rise to termination).

8. Early repayment

The Buyer may settle the outstanding balance in whole or in part at any time, at no additional cost, by contacting the Seller at the email address above. The remaining schedule is recalculated or closed accordingly.

9. Right of withdrawal and returns

The Buyer's statutory right of withdrawal and the Seller's return and refund conditions apply to instalment purchases in the same way as to any other purchase, as described in the Return & Refund Policy. On a valid withdrawal or accepted return, all amounts already paid are refunded and the remaining instalments are cancelled.

10. Data protection

The Seller acts as data controller for the personal data collected under this Agreement and processes it in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Privacy Policy published on this website.

11. Governing law, complaints and acceptance

This Agreement is governed by Italian law. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory protections of their country of habitual residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence. Complaints can be sent to the email address above and receive a reply within 48 working hours.

By ticking the acceptance box at checkout, the Buyer confirms having read and accepted this Agreement in the version indicated above, together with the payment schedule displayed before acceptance. A copy of the Agreement and of the schedule remains available in the Buyer's account.
